Who we are

Rei do Cascalho is published by the company shown in this site's footer, which is the controller of the personal data processed in the game (Brazilian law 13.709/2018 — LGPD).

Data we process

Guest account: a random identifier created by the game and a secret kept only on your device. We do not ask for your name, email or phone to play.

Game progress: coins and gems, quarries, levels, managers, orders, buildings and the game's transaction history, with date and time.

Technical data: language, platform (iOS or Android) and IP address on requests, used for security and abuse limits. We do not store the IP with your progress.

Purchases (when available): the store receipt (Apple or Google) to deliver the item and prevent fraud. We never receive your card data.

Rewarded ads (when available): the ad provider (Google AdMob) may collect device identifiers and advertising data under its own policy. Ads only play when you choose to watch.

Why we use it

To run the game and keep your progress; to prevent fraud and abuse; to deliver purchases; to answer support. We do not sell personal data.

Legal basis and retention

Performance of the contract (the terms of use) and legitimate interest for security. We keep data while the account exists; purchase receipts may be kept for the period required by law.

Sharing

The company's own servers (hosting) and, when enabled, Apple, Google and Google AdMob, only for what each service requires.

Children

The game is not directed to children under 13 and collects no contact data from anyone.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction or deletion of your data at the email in the footer. Deletion is described on the Delete account page.
